Baby Pearl aims to deliver orders within an estimated timeframe of 3–5 working days, subject to the delivery location, courier availability, and other relevant circumstances.

Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Processing and delivery estimates may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery may also be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Baby Pearl will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues, including delays caused by third-party courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

9. Delivery Attempts

Customers should remain available at the provided contact number and delivery address when an order is expected.

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable;

  • The provided address is incorrect or incomplete;

  • The customer refuses to receive the parcel;

  • The courier cannot contact the customer; or

  • The customer otherwise prevents successful delivery,

the order may be returned to Baby Pearl.

Any applicable re-delivery, return, or additional shipping charges will be assessed according to the circumstances and communicated to the customer where applicable. These matters are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Cash on Delivery Orders

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers agree to pay the complete order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers should place COD orders only when they intend to receive them.

Repeated refusal of COD orders, fake orders, fraudulent orders, or abusive ordering behavior may result in restrictions on future orders or the removal of COD availability for the customer.

11. Payments

Where online payment methods are available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Customers must provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable transaction.

If a payment fails, is reversed, declined, or cannot be verified, Baby Pearl may hold or cancel the related order until the payment issue is resolved.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Baby Pearl’s Refund & Return Policy.
